Over the years, many of you have asked us to release a version of our travel jeans without the hidden zipper pockets. You wanted the same comfort and style, but you don't always need the hidden pockets for everyday wear. So we're introducing the Fly Light 5-Pocket Travel Jeans, all the same comfort and performance but without the hidden pockets of our other pickpocket proof pants. Designed for those who live light...

Made with:90% Cotton, 6% Poly, and 4% Lycra
Care Instructions: Wash by hand, or in the machine with cool water. Machine dry on medium or air dry (approx. 25% faster than cotton jeans.) GUIDE TO THE PERFECT FIT
Denim size and waist measurement don’t always match. Use the size guide above to find the best fit.
Just like other jeans, Aviator Jeans should fit tight when you first try them on. They will stretch and adapt as you wear them.
Model is 6'1" and 175 lbs. and is wearing a 33.

FREE HEMMING INFO
We're happy to hem your jeans to a custom length before shipping your order. Please know that once we've done so, all sales are final and we cannot accept them back for return or exchange. If this is your first time ordering with us, we’d recommend having your jeans hemmed locally to ensure that they're the perfect length for you. If you email us a copy of your receipt from the tailor shop, we'd be happy to reimburse you up to $10 for the alteration.

love the stretch feel, tight fit without being restrictive and uncomfortable. Big pocket for my phone and keys. I wear Aviator every day; also have the Khaki and Grey pants. I'm a pilot so it just adds to the functionality.
Be nice to have a classic cotton t-shirt. I have the Merino Tee, but not a fan.

I've been using Aviator jeans for years and love them, but didn't always need the travel pockets. Love how there is a 5 pocket version and I hope that Aviator keeps offering it. Very comfortable and light compared to most other jeans I've used and very durable.

I've been looking for a made in America pair of jeans for awhile for my husband. The jeans are not only very good looking, super comfortable and were hemmed without charge! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for value, quality and comfort in a mens jean. The personalized card accompanying the product was an added delight! I absouluty love the logo ( my husband is a retired airline pilot:)
