We want you to love your Aviator purchase, so if you need to return your order for any reason, we will happily accept it back for a refund or exchange. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to make your decision. We can only accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return. However, jeans that have been custom hemmed, as well as face masks, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see our hemming page for more information.
Exchanges are always free. For refunds, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your return. All Last Call items are final sale and eligible for exchange only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on Last Call items.
Please Note:Free shipping and returns apply to domestic orders using standard shipping only. Limit one free exchange per order.
Express shipping charges are non-refundable. International orders are responsible for all import taxes and fees.
Although we’re confident that every piece we produce will perform for years to come, nothing lasts forever. We want you to have jeans of the highest quality that you'll hold onto for the long run. If a product you received doesn’t perform as expected or is defective, we’ll do our best to make it right. This Guarantee is meant to cover flaws in product craftsmanship and quality rather than standard wear-and-tear that is expected with any item of clothing.
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Products showing damage from improper care
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to the product’s performance
- Products showing excessive wear or third-party alterations
Please note: Lifetime Guarantee claims are subject to evaluation by our Customer Service Team.
Customer is responsible for Return Package Postage. Aviator will repair or replace the item and cover postage back.
Aviator reserves the right to reject Lifetime Guarantee claims in the event of perceived abuse of our return/exchange policy.
