We value American craftsmanship, and we believe in supporting our community. That's why Aviator Jeans are made locally in Los Angeles. Fair labor, sustainability and efficiency are at the center of how we operate. In addition, Los Angeles has a long history of making some of the best jeans in the world! We purposefully manufacture in small batches which helps us reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint.
At Aviator we use the latest production technology, which requires a fraction of the water needed to produce our jeans. All of our jeans are dyed or laundered in Los Angeles, where the processes are performed in a more environmentally friendly way.

Aviator hoodies and tops are made with 100% Merino Wool because it's best fabric for travel, hands down. Merino Wool is naturally antimicrobial, wrinkle-resistant, and quick-drying, so you can get more wear out of your Merino products before needing to launder them.
We source our Merino Wool from New Zealand because they maintain strict laws protecting their sheep. New Zealand Merino's are treated ethically and are carefully sheered each spring. Wool is also one of the most sustainable fabrics. So when you wear Merino, you're not only doing good by you - you're doing good by the planet as well.
