Care Instructions: Wash by hand, or in the machine with cool water. Machine dry on medium or air dry (our denim dries approx. 25% faster than cotton jeans.)

We're happy to hem your jeans to a custom length before shipping your order. Please know that once we've done so, all sales are final and we cannot accept them back for return or exchange. If this is your first time ordering with us, we’d recommend having your jeans hemmed locally to ensure that they're the perfect length for you. If you email us a copy of your receipt from the tailor shop, we'd be happy to reimburse you up to $10 for the alteration.

Well, first, though I measured and followed the instructions and contacted someone there with my measurements (who provided valuable input), I ended up with a size that is too large. Might just be a matter of one size down...but I don't know. These black relaxed straight jeans fit very well at first but as I've worn them more they have relaxed and felt a bit loose all the time. I also think the leg width is rather large. I'm not used to seeing leg sizes go up with waist sizes.
Having said that, they are incredibly well made. - excellent seams, hardware, etc. I like the black denim material, while I think it could be heavier (my taste not everyone's) it seems to be sturdy and hold up to wearing long days without wrinkling or bagging - a problem sometimes with stretch fabrics.
Maybe in a year or two I can try a smaller size LOL. Not likely going to do that right away.
I'd recommend them to others but I would urge folks to look at the sizing tables now included for each jean design where it does show the leg width. (I didn't see this when I purchased...perhaps it was there, if so, I missed it.)

I bought them to wear on our trip to Europe. They are stretchy and comfortable. I have found the pockets odd to access and the zipped pockets more so. The first pair of jeans I ordered were to small and I didn’t think they would have any pair to fit me. I tried to return them but never received return info via email like I was supposed to. I ended up calling them and I nice young man talked me into trying a different style and I’m glad he did!

These jeans are some of the best I have ever owned. The custom hemming was just right. My only quibble is that the fit through the thighs seems narrow. I have a pair of Aviator jeans from a few years ago - same style but in a smaller size. The fit through the thighs in those jeans do not have the ‘skinny jean’ fit that I get from this recent purchase.
