How to Request Custom Hemming on our App

We're happy to hem your jeans to a custom length before shipping your order. Please know that once we've done so, all sales are final and we cannot accept them back for return or exchange. If this is your first time ordering with us, we’d recommend having your jeans hemmed locally to ensure that they're the perfect length for you.

How to request custom hemming from our app:

1. Add your jeans to your bag.

2. Go back to the app home screen.

3. Scroll down and tap the"Free Custom Hemming" banner.

4. Select your desired inseam and add it to your bag. Your request will then be attached to your order.
