Aviator is based in Los Angeles which is also where all our products are made. The First Class Lounge Set is made with a custom fabric blend that is knitted and dyed here. The fabric is then delivered down the street to our factory where it is cut, sewn, finished, and bagged. All the pieces get delivered to the Aviator HQ where we then ship to you with a personal note.
