Aviator Impact Affiliate Program Terms

Effective September 16, 2026 | aviatorusa.com | Program 58254 on Impact

These terms govern participation in the Aviator affiliate program. They supplement the Impact Master Program Agreement and the contract terms a partner accepts on joining. Where these terms address conduct not covered by that agreement, these terms apply. Aviator may update these terms and will publish the revised version on the program profile.

1. Commission and attribution

Approved partners earn 14 percent of the order sale amount on qualifying online sales, in USD. Credit is awarded on a last click basis with a 30 day attribution window from click to action. Actions lock 27 days after the end of the month in which they are tracked, and approved transactions are paid when they lock. Commission is calculated on the order sale amount reported by Aviator's tracking integration.

2. Paid search and trademark bidding

Partners may not bid on, purchase, or otherwise target the following in any paid search, shopping, social, or display auction, on any engine or platform, including Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Pinterest, and Reddit:

a. The term Aviator, alone or in combination with any other word. b. Aviator USA, aviatorusa, aviatorusa.com, and any domain variant. c. Misspellings, phonetic variants, spacing variants, and plural forms of the above, including but not limited to aviater, avaitor, aviatr, and aviator usa. d. The name of any Aviator product line or proprietary product name. e. Any of the above combined with modifiers such as coupon, promo, promo code, discount, sale, review, or official site.

Partners may not use any Aviator trademark in ad headlines, descriptions, display paths, display URLs, ad extensions, sitelinks, callouts, or the business name shown in an ad account.

Partners may not route paid traffic to aviatorusa.com through a redirect, cloaked URL, or intermediary page whose effect is to capture attribution from a search the consumer performed on an Aviator brand term.

Partners must add Aviator and every variant listed above as negative keywords, in phrase and broad match, across all campaigns capable of serving against branded queries.

This section binds the partner, any subaffiliate, subnetwork, or downstream publisher operating under the partner's account, and any third party acting on the partner's behalf. The partner is responsible for the conduct of its downstream publishers.

3. Other prohibited methods

Partners may not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, autoclicks, pop unders, iframe injection, toolbar or browser extension injection that fires without a deliberate consumer click, adware, or any method that sets an affiliate cookie absent genuine consumer intent.

Partners may not distribute discount codes Aviator has not issued to them, publish codes sourced from other channels, or present expired offers as active.

Partners may not represent themselves as Aviator or as an official Aviator channel.

4. Remedies

Aviator may reverse, in whole or in part, any commission arising from activity that violates these terms, whether or not the underlying order was completed, at any time before the action locks.

Aviator may suspend a partner's tracking links, remove the partner from the program, and terminate the partner contract immediately upon a violation of Section 2 or Section 3. The change notification period that applies to commercial terms does not apply to termination for violation of those sections.

Aviator may withhold unpaid balances associated with violating activity pending review, and may report the partner to Impact and to any network through which the partner reached this program.

Enforcement is at Aviator's discretion. A decision not to enforce in one instance does not waive the right to enforce later.
