First Class Merino Hoodie | Women

I’ve been searching for the perfect merino hoodie for a long time. It has been basically impossible to find one with high wool content that met all of my “requirements” but this one did it! I absolutely love it. The length is perfect. I get annoyed with hoodies that are too long, but I also have longer arms and don’t like the arms too short. The arms are long enough, and the fold over mitts are even functional for me. Thumbholes are great. Zipper pockets!!! The only negative would be the very noticeable zippers which don’t bother me, but I think I’d rather have them blend in more. This was my first purchase from Aviator and it was a good one!

I travel a LOT for work and after much searching, I bought this for my recent two-week trip to Japan, and wore it almost every day and it never stunk or looked anything less than perfect! The pockets were superb for flights (I prefer to keep my essential-essentials close/on me: passport, phone, AirPods case, chapstick, and hair tie) and the level of warmth was also perfect all the time. I used the hood as a sleep mask on the plane for dozing on the way home and it was also great.

Also, worth noting: the first one I received in the mail had some inexplicable little holes in it and I was SHOCKED and super-duper pleased when I texted them about it and they sent me out a new one right away! No questions asked. Incredible customer service.

I’m 5’7” and about 165 lbs and the size 3 is perfect, not too snug around the hips and a nice length on the arms without being tight. This is a wonderful, well-thought-out product and I’m excited to explore more offerings from Aviator.
