We're happy to hem your jeans to a custom length before shipping your order. Please know that once we've done so, all sales are final and we cannot accept them back for return or exchange.
If this is your first time ordering with us, we’d recommend having your jeans hemmed locally to ensure that they're the perfect length for you. If you email us a copy of your receipt from thetailor shop, we'd be happy to reimburse you up to $10 for the alteration.

For me, high quality designer jeans are my go-to pants for work. I tried cheaper versions, but none come close to the quality of these jeans.
They look great. I got a custom 1 inch hemming for this size: 31 inch inseam. More importantly they are the most comfortable jeans I've had: somehow the denim keeps a steady fit when you do all sorts of activity (no slippage)
My only concern is cleaning them. I don't want the size to change so I'm going to ask our dry cleaner which approach to take. I think I have the original instructions on this somewhere.
