Just like other jeans, Aviator Jeans should fit tight when you first try them on. They will stretch and adapt as you wear them.
Model is 6'1" and 175 lbs and is wearing a 32.
You can find the best fit by taking three simple measurements of your favorite fitting jeans at home.
FREE HEMMING INFO
We're happy to hem your jeans to a custom length before shipping your order. Please know that once we've done so, all sales are final and we cannot accept them back for return or exchange. If this is your first time ordering with us, we’d recommend having your jeans hemmed locally to ensure that they're the perfect length for you.
If you email us a copy of your receipt from the tailor shop, we'd be happy to reimburse you up to $10 for the alteration.

Had a brain glitch, ordered the wrong size & had them hemmed. Oh, well, they fit my nephew! These would have been my 5th pair of Aviator BTJs. Hopefully my nephew becomes loyal to the brand.

These are my 4th pair of Aviator jeans. Needless to say I really like the tailored fit of this brand. They move with you without binding.
I travel frequently, wash clothes in the hotel sink & these air dry quickly. Whether driving, flying, or on a train, Aviator BTJs are very comfortable & they pack down smaller than other brands.
I’ve worn them hiking, mowing, putting up fence, ripping out sheetrock, etc. & have had no issues.
Overall, I highly recommend Aviator Best Travel Jeans.

Perfectly comfortable, perfectly made, perfectly hemmed. I still wear my first pair which have aged beautifully. I have no doubt that these will too. Also, not enough is said about the device pocket which is so much better than a useless coin pocket. I keep my wallet safely in the device pocket which pickpockets would never target.
