FREE HEMMING INFO
We're happy to hem your jeans to a custom length before shipping your order. Please know that once we've done so, all sales are final and we cannot accept them back for return or exchange. If this is your first time ordering with us, we’d recommend having your jeans hemmed locally to ensure that they're the perfect length for you. If you email us a copy of your receipt from the tailor shop, we'd be happy to reimburse you up to $10 for the alteration.

Their customer service is seamless, and the jeans are the most comfortable I’ve worn in a long time. Although, the jean style selection isn’t huge, they more than make up for it in fit, function and classic design. I chose a straight, dark wash style that is versatile and elevated that can be used in a variety of circumstances. My travel timeline was accelerated so I called and spoke to Rebecca and Colby (Owners) to see if it was possible to get a specific hem and they went WAAAAaayyy out of their way to ensure that I received the correct fit and hem before my departure. Their tailoring knowledge and instinct were spot-on, and it helped me make a much better decision than my original choice. The jeans are soft and stretchy and have the added benefit of REAL front pockets on the women’s styles! Also, there are hidden zippered pockets on the inside of back pockets to deter pickpockets. The company is American made, Fair labor, with a focus on ethical, sustainable and environmentally responsible manufacturing. What more could one ask for? As soon as I return home, I’ll be a repeat customer.

This is third pair…like that they are higher in the waist and have a long inseam. I am 5’10” and very difficult to find jeans that are long enough with great fit!

Love the fabric & fit and would love to give them a five star rating, but like others have stated they are WAY TOO LONG! Still debating on whether to keep or return. I can sew, just not sure I really want to alter jeans at this price.

Based on the size chart, I ordered a size 36 Relaxed Fit which turned out to be about 2" too large in the waist and hips. I returned those and got a size 34 Straight Leg which is just great. Not knowing if I would like them, I opted not to have them hemmed and they come with a 33.5" inseam; I can't imaging having legs that long! I'll need to take 4.5" off but then I'm going to enjoy the great fit and feel every time I wear these jeans.
