Most towns and villages have an Italian restaurant and you can't go wrong. Try LaTerrazza in Banff.
Which Aviator products did you wear and were they helpful?
The Concorde Navy Jeans. Extremely comfortable and kept their shape throughout 3 weeks of fairly heavy travel.
