Dead stock refers to brand new, unused jeans. These are styles from previous productions that we have archived at AviatorHQ. Dead stock jeans offer a unique opportunity to own a piece of Aviator history.

The sizes available to order from this page are from our 2020 production of Medium Indigo Fly Straights. If you're looking for sizes 27 and up, click here and you'll be able to order them from a different page. Those sizes (27 - 36) were made this summer in our most recent production, and the jeans from that batch are now called the Fly Slims.

 Made with 77% cotton, 16% poly, 5% rayon, and 2% spandex

NOTE: Our jeans run very similar to most other brands. Example, if you're a 28 in most brands, you are a 28 in Aviator jeans too.

We're happy to hem your jeans to a custom length before shipping your order. Please know that once we've done so, all sales are final and we cannot accept them back for return or exchange. If this is your first time ordering with us, we’d recommend having your jeans hemmed locally to ensure that they're the perfect length for you. If you email us a copy of your receipt from the tailor shop, we'd be happy to reimburse you up to $10 for the alteration.
